Celebrating the End of October (Salted Caramel Chocolaty Goodness)

Happy Halloween. Happy November. Happy Fall. Happy Whatever You Want Day. I haven’t baked cupcakes in months so I decided tonight was the night to do so. So Happy Cupcake Day to me! =) I really wished I had my good camera lens. Phone Camera doesn’t look the best. Anyways, I made Salted Caramel Chocolate Cupcakes. Super moist (and sweet this time =[ ) chocolate base topped with salted caramel buttercream, drizzled with even more salted caramel, and topped with a Fall decor, Red Maple Fondant. Simple. Cute. Delicious. Definitely needs a glass of milk with this. Holiday season is coming soon, let’s hope I bake more then. So until my next post, Happy Eatings!
