I had 2 baby showers to attend this past weekend. Both were full of amazing dishes cause even though I was extremely full, I still wanted more, that’s amazing they were. I sure love my food! Anyways, I decided to bring some guests with me to both baby showers, Baby Cupcakes! I made about 5 dozen cupcakes (Lemon, Red Velvet, and Gluten-Free Vanilla). The Gluten-Free Vanilla Cupcakes were tremendously moist and delicious! It was my first time baking some Gluten-Free goods and they turned out AMAZING! Then, of course, I topped them off with Vanilla Italian Buttercream and the fondant toppers. Making these adorable toppers took about 2 1/2 hours. Made 4 dozen toppers. Hard work always pays off in the end because they turned out super cute! Happy Baby Showers and Happy Eatings! ^_^
