best cupcakes in the twin cities

While living in the twin cities for a couple years, I finally found my favorite cupcake place. I love LOVE love my cupcakes to be moist, at all times. This place always have moist cupcakes. Sweet Retreat in Edina, MN. I’ve conquer my MOIST chocolate and red velvet recipes, but simple vanilla is always a tough-ie. To me, vanilla cupcakes always seem to be like muffins. Blah. Not this place! My favorite vanilla base cupcake Sweet Retreat makes is their Coconut Cupcake.
