I simply enjoy fruit and cake. This is my 2nd favorite cake. My all-time favorite cake is Chocolate on Chocolate. I can never say no to chocolate. Anyways, this was made for a friend’s birthday. A Vanilla Bean Cake filled with fruits and whipped cream, and decorated with coconut shreds and glazed fruits. Another Summertime Favorite. Happy Eatings!
