Country Bread

Simple process of making bread. Mixing. Fermenting. Shaping. Proofing. Baking. Eating. I made Country Bread with Dark Rye Flour. Took around 20 hours for this bread. Made a starter and let that ferment for a good 15 hours. Did a straight dough method, let rise for a good 1-2 hours. Shaped it and dusted each bread with flour and proofed for a 1-2 hours as well. Baked it for 30-40 minutes. Just a simple bread.
