gluten-free yummy thumbprints


I’ve been trying to find a way to use my 2 month old coconut flour and 1 cup of almond flour. Gluten-Free Thumbprints! I made a dozen with my recipe; the size was a little smaller than a hockey puck. I used the two flours, eggs, baking powder, sugar, and of course butter. Topped each one with a little jam, I used strawberry and apricot jam. =) Even after 2-3 days now, they’re still super soft and moist! These little treats weren’t two heavy in sweetness or anything. The perfect satisfaction for a sweet craving. I would sell these little munchkins if I had a store. Until then, Happy Eatings!
