More MacMacs

I know I haven’t posted in months. Don’t worry, I have been baking every week, I just didn’t have the right equipment to photograph anything at the time. But I decided that since I made really amazing macarons, I’d share it with you guys using my phone camera. Above are my Sweet Almond Macarons. I just love it when they come out with little feet, makes them so precious. Macarons are like babies to me. =) I topped this babies with chopped almonds and filled them with Almond Buttercream. 

I made another batch of macarons, Vanilla Bean MacMacs. I decided I wanted to use Vanilla Bean Buttercream. First time ever that I simply put Vanilla Bean into my Buttercream. It was heaven. Almost like Sweet Cream Ice Cream from Coldstone Creamy. I could just eat a tub of it! (Too bad I know what’s in it and that it’s not Ice Cream) Pure Love here.
