soft voilet theme

My friend’s wedding was this past weekend. She wanted a pastel purple theme and apple blossoms. I didn’t know how to make my apple blossoms look real or pretty, so I turned to silk hydrangeas.  I don’t like to use fake flowers, but it was a last minute decision. The cake was a Vanilla Cake, filled with Strawberry filling, and frosted with Almond Italian Buttercream. I bet it was delicious! =)

Anyways, I found this spiral cake separator for only $5.00! I was happy when I found this cake separator. =)

Anyways, this is my 4th Wedding Cake I’ve made. Still have lots to learn and improve on, and I mean a lot! Until I progress, Happy Eatings and Congratulations to all newly weds!
