Two Things I Can Not Live Without…or so I Think…

Yes, Mascarpone Ice Cream and Triple Chocolate Cake Truffle. Second time making my own ice cream ever, and it didn’t turn out so bad. I just need a new Ice Cream Maker. =) The mascarpone was faint, but I still love just Sweet Cream Ice Cream, which is exactly this with a hint of mascarpone. Mmm… The Cake Truffles were made with Super Moist Chocolate Cake, mashed with Dark Chocolate Italian Buttercream, and then dipped into Dark Chocolate. So rich, not extremely sweet because of the Dark Chocolate Coating. I could eat these every day!
